Whether you’re having a children’s party or private function Bath City Farm’s Community Room (with kitchen) is the perfect space venue for your event.
|Our Community Room provides a spacious venue for parties, training or informal meetings. It can be adapted to suit your needs and is large enough to accommodate a variety of different activities. And of course there are 37 acres of grassland and woodland for you to explore! The room includes excellent kitchen facilities (which can be used for training courses) with a 4-ring gas cooker, oven, fridge and kettle, plus cups, plates and cutlery. There is disabled access to the building and a disabled toilet.
For children’s parties we offer the option of a supervised session with a member of farm staff (additional £25-50 charge depending on activity), which gives children the opportunity to feed and handle the animals, cook marshmallows on an open fire or groom our adorable miniature Shetland ponies Dougal and Dougie. To make a booking, please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS then call the farm office on 01225 481269 to check date availability and pricing for your event. You will then be asked to click here for a booking form in Word format, which you should complete and either email it to email@example.com or post it to Bath City Farm, Kelston View, Bath, BA2 1NW. We ask for full payment in advance and on receipt of payment we will send you a final confirmation email.
- Hire includes tables and chairs and food preparation facilities, including 5 ring gas hob + 2 electric cookers, fridge, kettle, plastic and ceramic mugs and glasses etc.
- Maximum room capacity is 20 adults for training and meetings and 30 for parties (total of children/adults together).
- When booking your room hire, please make sure you allow enough time within your hire time for setting up your event and clearing up afterwards. We run a tight schedule and often have other activities either side of your hire, so we will need you to vacate the room promptly at the end of your hire period.
