Venue Hire

Whether you’re having a children’s party, meeting,or private function, Bath City Farm is the perfect and unique venue for your event.

Community RoomOur Community room provides a spacious venue for training events, meetings or childrens’ parties with seating for up to 25 people. It can be adapted to suit your needs and is large enough to accommodate a variety of different activities. And of course there are 37 acres of grassland and woodland for you to explore!

Our kitchen facilities are available for you to use at no extra charge, with a 5-ring gas cooker, double oven, grill, fridge and kettle, plus cups, plates and cutlery. There is disabled access to the building and a disabled toilet.

For children’s parties we offer the option of a supervised session with a member of farm staff (additional charge), which gives children the opportunity either to feed and handle the animals, build a den or make a fire and toast marshmallows.    PLEASE NOTE THAT LEAST ONE PARENT MUST ACCOMPANY THE CHILDREN FOR THE SUPERVISED SESSION AND THERE SHOULD BE 1 ADULT FOR EVERY 8 CHILDREN.

PRICES AND BOOKING  Hire rates per hour for the main room – NEW PRICES
Farm members £15.00 per hour
Non members and organisations  £20.00  per hour
Supervised animal activity session £30.00 this is the opportunity for children to feed and handle the animals or undertake another supervised activity with a member of staff. The session lasts about an hour must take place within the hire time of the main room.

  • Hire includes tables and chairs, tea / coffee and food preparation facilities, including 4 hob cooker and microwave, fridge, kettle, plastic and ceramic mugs and glasses etc.
  • Maximum room capacity is 20 adults for training and meetings and 25 children for parties.
  • When booking your room hire, please make sure you allow enough time within your hire time for setting up your event and clearing up afterwards.  We run a tight schedule and often have other activities either side of your hire, so we will need you to vacate the room promptly at the end of your room hire period.
