Feathered Friends

A chicken cuddling project for the over 60s and people living with dementia.

Led by our chicken expert, who also cares for her own chickens at home, you can handle and cuddle our friendly chickens. Each of our feathered friends have a name and their own unique personality. Take time getting to know them whilst learning more about how to care for chickens. Afternoon tea is served alfresco, but sheltered under a wooden gazebo, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and spectacular views of Bath.

Transport can be organised to bring groups from local care homes in Bath. If you’re an Activity Coordinator please get in touch info@bathcityfarm.org.uk or call 01225 481 269.

When: Monday, 1pm – 3pm

For: People aged 60+, or of any age living with dementia, living in local care homes or attending day centres

Price: Free. Carers are very welcome to attend.
