A friendly crafting and cooking group with a focus to improve people’s mental wellbeing
Join the group on Wednesdays and you’ll be making beautiful things to sell in our farm shop. From drawings, to hair accessories, to home decorations. The sessions are led by an experienced staff member who will guide you through the activities, giving demonstrations and individual support. Learn to sew, knit or felt and enjoy a natter with other members over a cuppa.
Thursday’s are all about getting busy in the kitchen. In the morning you will learn how to prepare and cook healthy meals for large groups. While the afternoons are spent making produce to sell in the farm shop, from soups, jams, chutneys and cakes.
I enjoy the cooking sessions very much and really appreciate the various areas I have been trusted with.
