Spend a day at our beautiful Farm, exploring different techniques you can use to relax and be mindful in nature. Learn how to use a peg loom and natural sheep fleece to weave yourself a sit mat to take home.
What will be covered –
• Learn about and practice nature based mindfulness
• Look at the history of peg looms and explore how weaving can be relaxing
• Learn how to set up and use a peg loom to create your own sit mat
• Explore the benefits of mindful sit spots
