As the year turns towards the fullness of spring we come together to celebrate Beltane on the farm. Join Sarah Davies, our Mental Health Lead, as we rejoice in the blooming of spring leading into early summer. We will gather to hear more about this special time of year and how it has been celebrated in years gone by, we will listen to the rich folklore that speaks of this time, learn about the infamous Green Man and other key characters and learn about some of the ways that we might bring this time into our own lives as well as immersing ourselves in an arts and crafts activity.

The workshop will include going on a mindfulness walk across the site for approximately half an hour to enjoy the plants and animal life bursting into life at this time. Please be aware that the site covers 37 acres which includes slopes and muddy areas.
