We are an equal opportunities employer and encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, transgender status, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity. The environmental and agricultural sectors are amongst the least diverse nationally. The Farm is keen to improve the diversity and representation of its staff and reduce barriers to entry into paid roles within the organisation. Our staff team already represent a diverse group of people but ethnically we recognise the staff team is not as diverse as we would like. Therefore, we will offer an interview to any applicants from ethnically diverse backgrounds who meet the essential criteria of the role. We are also part of the Disability Confident Scheme and as such will guarantee an interview to all disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for this role. If you would like to be considered under either of these guaranteed interview schemes, please indicate this in the space on the application form. The final recruitment decision will be based on the most suitable candidate, regardless of any protected characteristic.
