Fixed term contract for 10 months from the end of April 2025

Bath City Farm are recruiting for an experienced, creative and caring individual to manage our Children, Young People and Families Programme and team while our Programme Manager is on maternity leave.

This is a vital and exciting role that oversees and develops a wide programme of activity providing children, young people and families the opportunity to participate in educational, land-based activities to build connections, increase skills and confidence, improve wellbeing and reduce disadvantage.

As well as experience in overseeing educational and/or children and youth work programmes, and ideally having Qualified Teacher Status, you will also have a keen interest in nature and wildlife and be passionate about supporting children to realise their potential.

Our projects for children and young people take place across the Farm’s 37 acres of food growing spaces, community spaces, grassland, wildflower meadows and woodland which is a wonderful and inspiring place to work.

Salary
£30,221 pro rata (actual salary for 22.5 hours/week £18,133) increasing to £31,732 (actual salary £19,039) from April 2025
