Are you a local, outdoorsy, animal lover who could spare some time on a Sunday?

We have spaces for anyone with a spare hour or two on one or two Sundays a month to come to the Farm and help with the care of our animals.

You must be:

18 years old or over

Physically able to lift, carry and get around the Farm main site and out into the further stretches of our 37 acre site.

An all-weather person, able to withstand the elements as well as navigating mud, slippery banks etc

Confident around animals and the general public

Your duties will be to count, check, feed and water the animals, following a demonstration around the site with the Sunday Supervisor.

You will need weather specific clothing and boots.

There are two slots available each Sunday.

Am – arrive anytime between 9am and 10am

Pm – arrive anytime between 3pm and 4pm

It’s fun, very rewarding, keeps you fit, gets you out in the fresh air and gives you the opportunity to get up close to some very lovely creatures on our Farm.

You are very welcome to bring a friend or family member with you.
